This is not a solo venture. BodhiMinds is a collection of minds. It started with one person, but the vision was always bigger. Different minds coming together to achieve something meaningful, while keeping it simple. Doing it together rather than going alone.
More minds will join. That is by design. The most important breakthroughs happen when analytical precision meets cultural intuition, and when insight is translated into impact.

This story begins in a kitchen.
Rohit Khanna was one of the youngest chefs in India to lead a fine dining restaurant, at a time when an iconic international hotel brand was entering the country for the very first time. In that kitchen, he learned something no classroom ever taught him. Hospitality is not a skill. It is a way of life. It is your values showing up on every plate, every interaction, every moment of service.
From there, the journey expanded across continents, through celebrated luxury hotel groups and fine dining establishments where three Michelin stars set the standard.
Designing End-to-End Experiences
It was never just about food or rooms. It was about the entire journey.
He spent years designing end-to-end experiences at some of the largest convention and hospitality venues in the world, responsible for every touchpoint from the first guest interaction to the lasting impression. Leading food and beverage operations at landmark properties, prestigious ultra-luxury hotels, and overseeing service at acclaimed fine dining restaurants.
These were not just jobs. They were laboratories for understanding what makes people feel seen, valued, and remembered. The insight was consistent. Great experiences are systems, not accidents. They require intentional design, clear governance, and teams that are empowered to make judgment calls when systems fall short.
The Curious Mind: Challenging the Norm
Curiosity was never optional. It was the operating system.
We consistently challenged himself to go where others had not. During his postgraduate studies in international hospitality management, he chose a thesis topic that barely had any existing research: evaluating the quality of websites for the world’s highest-rated restaurants. At a time when the web was still emerging as a serious business tool, he asked a question no one else was asking. Do the digital experiences (Web perception) of three-star Michelin restaurants live up to the extraordinary expectations set by their physical ones?
There was almost no academic framework for this. So he built one from scratch. That instinct, to look at a gap, build a bridge, and walk across it, has defined every chapter of his career. From his early education in hospitality in India, to an advanced program at one of Switzerland’s most renowned hotel schools where he also served as a service lecturer, to a certificate program at an Ivy League institution, learning was never a phase. It was the constant.
Building Strategy Across Continents
Over nearly three decades, he built expertise across three continents and six industries. The roles varied. from leading experience design at a major convention center, to executive leadership in travel consulting, to strategic advisory for luxury brands. But the through-line never changed. How do you build something people trust?
The answer, across every industry and every continent, came back to four things. Humanity. Capability. Transparency. Reliability. These four pillars predict brand loyalty more accurately than any algorithm. And they became the foundation of everything BodhiMinds stands for.
